Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident with your Brenton Bay order. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new or slightly used, with tags attached where applicable, and returned in suitable packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return label that can be downloaded and printed. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first, return the original item once approved, and place a separate order for the new item. If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Return Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day to your original payment method. Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

European Union and United Kingdom Returns

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where these rights apply, you may cancel or return your order within the required legal period, provided the item is returned in acceptable condition with proof of purchase.
